Head of People (HR) at Bluebird
Bluebird is looking to hire a Head of People.
In 2026 we've been growing at 50% YoY! We now have people in 7 countries: the Netherlands, the UK, France, Germany, Finland, Sweden and Korea. Some on local contracts, some through EORs, some as contractors.
Until now, Jelle, Geke and I ran people operations on the side. I'll admit it: that stopped being good enough a while ago.
So we're hiring our first Head of People. A seat at the leadership table from day one.
What I'm looking for is two people in one:
•The strategist. Org design, comp philosophy, how we grow from 30 to 60 people without losing what makes Bluebird Bluebird.
•The perfectionist. Someone who reads a Finnish employment contract for fun and catches the clause that's off before anyone else does.
And on top of that: extraordinary with people. Our consultants are the product. This person coaches them, develops them, and is the one they call when it's hard.
If you've been the first people leader in a 30 to 150 person company, and a multi-country setup doesn't scare you, you might be a Bluebird.
