Задачи:
•Support the modelling and review of order payment structures that improve rider engagement and operational efficiency
•Query large datasets with SQL to identify trends, answer business questions, and build an analytical foundation for strategic decisions
•Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a concise and convincing way
•Support the design and execution of experiments that validate setting changes before global rollout
•Incorporate AI tools, including agents, copilots, and LLM-assisted analysis, into daily workflows
•Track KPIs, identify anomalies, and make data-driven adjustments
•Consider the rider perspective to keep models fair, locally relevant, and operationally sound
Требования:
•Recently completed a degree or master's in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative field
•Write SQL queries independently to pull and filter data, join tables, and aggregate results
•Use Python and pandas or similar tools to manipulate data and automate simple tasks
•Work confidently with Excel or spreadsheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and clean data structuring
•Break down ambiguous questions and work toward clear answers independently
•Fluent English
Nice to have: Hands-on experience using AI tools such as copilots, agents, or LLM-assisted analysis; exposure to data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI; exposure to experimentation such as A/B testing or switchback tests.
