•Solid experience in data analytics and the ability to turn complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations
•Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BigQuery or similar cloud data platforms
•Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
•Ability to understand business needs and translate ambiguous challenges into clearly defined analytical use cases and Data Products
•Experience defining KPIs and success metrics and measuring the business impact of data-driven initiatives
•Strong analytical skills, a product mindset, and a business-oriented approach
•Ability to work with stakeholders across different business functions and organizational levels
•Ability to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications for data and BI teams
•Experience managing analytical initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements gathering to implementation and continuous improvement
•Ability to prioritize competing business needs and independently manage multiple initiatives
•Proactive and curious approach, with the ability to identify root causes rather than simply respond to requests
•Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences

•Experience as a Product Analyst, Analytics Product Owner, Data Product Owner, or BI Consultant
•Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, or product discovery methodologies
