Requirements
•Relevant professional experience in business analysis in at least one of these sectors: pension funds, banking, insurance, or investment fund management companies
•Experience analyzing and gathering functional requirements in financial contexts
•Ability to understand and work with financial concepts related to pension funds and capital markets investments
•Knowledge of actuarial calculations and economic and financial concepts
•Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements for technical teams
•Experience interacting with business stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
•Analytical skills, critical thinking, and good communication
•Portuguese nationality is mandatory
Nice to have
•Experience in projects related to pension funds or investment management
•In-depth knowledge of financial products and capital markets
•Experience in regulated financial environments
•Experience preparing functional documentation, User Stories, business processes, and workflows
Conditions
•Gross monthly salary: 2.600€–2.900€ per month, including all components: fixed compensation, variable compensation, meal allowance, remote work, and benefits
