Meaningful Work from Day One
Manage orders and ensure seamless order-to-cash processes. Your role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve issues, optimize processes, and support the supply chain strategy.
This is an office/hybrid role (4 days a week at Warsaw office and Fridays working from home).
What You Can Expect
•Manage domestic and international orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
•Act as the primary liaison between distributors, supply chain integration, production sites, and other stakeholders.
•Resolve day-to-day supply chain challenges and support logistics and shipping teams.
•Oversee the introduction of new products and manage package or proof changes.
•Ensure error-free electronic data interchange (EDI) of distributor purchase orders into SAP.
•Prepare proforma invoices and ensure compliance with Letter of Credit requirements.
•Coordinate special customs documents and manage shipment verification activities.
•Analyze order patterns and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
•Maintain distributor profiles, including regulatory requirements and master data.
What You Bring to the Table
•3+ years of experience in customer service or supply chain management.
•English and German must have - both at a communicative level.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.
•Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
•Collaborative team player with a focus on continuous improvement.
