About the role
At TBAuctions, everything revolves around people, including behind the scenes of our digital auction platform. As Corporate Recruiter, you find the people who make our auctions run every day. You know how to find them, convince them and bring them on board across the Netherlands. You ensure a great candidate experience through clear expectations, timely communication and valuable feedback. You work in our Talent Acquisition team in Amsterdam for both Troostwijk Auctions and TBAuctions. This is a job for 32 hours per week.
What you'll do
You are responsible from start to finish for various vacancies. You recruit for auction-specific roles, for which you sometimes have to look for candidates off the beaten track, but also for commercial and supporting roles. You think along with hiring managers, actively search for candidates yourself, and ensure every candidate has a good experience, whether they are hired or not.
•You independently run the recruitment process, from the intake with the hiring manager through to the offer
•You actively search via LinkedIn Recruiter, job sites, your network and creative channels. Because a good candidate isn't always found on LinkedIn
•You translate the specific knowledge required for an auction role into a clear profile
•You advise hiring managers on the Dutch labor market, salaries and smart recruitment strategies
•You write job postings that stand out and fit our employer brand
•You maintain our ATS (Teamtailor) and use data to continuously improve the process
•You think along about employer branding, our referral approach and the use of AI in recruitment
What you bring
•At least 3 years of experience as a corporate recruiter
•Experience recruiting for a wide range of roles, from commercial and operational to specialist
•Experience with active sourcing and filling difficult or niche vacancies
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
•Experience with an ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
•You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good command of English
•You work result-oriented and data-driven and enjoy improving processes
