About the role
Loire-Océan Manutention is hiring a permanent (CDI) Short-Term Rental Sales Representative (Commercial(e) Location Courte Durée H/F).
Reporting to the Saint-Herblain branch, you develop the Short-Term Rental business and manage the LOIRE OCEAN MANUTENTION forklift fleet dedicated to short-term rental.
Sales follow-up and customer relations
•Receive customer requests
•Analyze needs and propose suitable solutions based on equipment availability in the fleet
•Select equipment according to customer needs and availability
•Negotiate and close rental sales, within the flexibility limits set by management
•Draft commercial documents: offers / contracts, and follow up with customers
•Handle billing for the activity
•Search for available rental equipment within the LOIRE OCEAN MANUTENTION fleet and across the network
Business development
•Research and prospect potential targets
•Propose and carry out mailings
•Respond to network requests
•Participate in defining short-term rental forklift fleet needs
Fleet management
•Monitor available rental fleet (check equipment condition sheets)
•Track and organize VGP (periodic technical inspections) of fleet equipment
•Follow up with customers at the end of rentals
•Manage and optimize fleet in/out flows (customer and internal) in cooperation with other departments (workshop, new equipment, used equipment, etc.)
•Oversee the demonstration fleet: availability, preparation of commercial documents, etc.
Transport versatility
•In the absence of the Transport Assistant, may organize transport for the three departments and plan work for the delivery driver and subcontractors
Quality & Health/Safety/Environment (QSE)
•Comply with company regulations and HSE rules
•Report to the manager on quality-safety-environment matters (identified hazardous situations, non-conformities), as part of the company's continuous improvement approach
Benefits and compensation
•Compensation between €28K and €35K gross annual, paid over 12 months, including an objective-based bonus corresponding to 100% target achievement
•Meal vouchers: €9.60, 60% covered by the employer

Profile required
•Bac+2 level education (or equivalent experience), sales-oriented, with experience in 3 to 4 similar roles
•Good command of IT tools (Word, Excel + ERP management tools)
•No language skills required
•Proficiency in office tools WORD, EXCEL
•Knowledge of ERP systems (DLRIX)
•Mastery of FENWICK product and service range
