Responsibilities
•Recording all business transactions: income, expenses, cash and bank operations, settlements with suppliers, clients, employees, etc.
•Preparation and submission of reports
•Tax reporting (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.)
•Statistical reporting
•Social contributions (Pension contributions, Social contributions, Mandatory social health insurance, etc.)
•Verification and processing of invoices, acts, waybills, contracts
•Monitoring the correctness of document processing
•Preparation of cash orders
•Monitoring cash and bank account balances
•Accounting for accountable funds
•Payroll, vacation pay, sick leave calculation
•Withholding of taxes and other mandatory payments
•Timely updates to accounting policies
•Adherence to deadlines for reporting and payments
•Preparation of documents for audits
•Responses to inquiries from tax and other state authorities
Requirements
•Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
