The Need
As part of a strategic digital transformation program, our client, a large international group, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the industrialization of an agentic AI foundation.
The assignment is part of a cross-functional department dedicated to technology, innovation, data, and artificial intelligence. It involves coordinating numerous teams and stakeholders in a complex environment strongly oriented toward transformation.
Main responsibilities:
•Lead the industrialization phase of the agentic AI program across several entities of the group.
•Coordinate technical, architecture, security, infrastructure, data, development, and business teams.
•Monitor actions, dependencies, risks, arbitrations, and schedules.
•Prepare and lead steering committees and governance bodies.
•Develop presentation materials and write reports for technical teams and management.
•Facilitate communication between the various stakeholders.
•Identify difficulties encountered and propose suitable solutions.
•Lead an internal community around agentic AI.
•Contribute to sharing best practices, lessons learned, and standards related to the industrialization of AI solutions.
Profile Sought
•Higher education degree at Bac+5 level, ideally from an engineering school or equivalent curriculum.
•Confirmed experience of at least 9 years in managing complex projects, ideally in an IT, data, innovation, or artificial intelligence environment.
•Significant experience coordinating projects involving multiple teams and entities.
•Good understanding of the main principles of agentic AI and its industrialization challenges.
•Good command of IT architectures and issues related to deploying technological solutions.
•Excellent facilitation, coordination, and communication skills.
•Very good writing skills and ability to synthesize complex information.
•Analytical mindset, ability to step back and solve problems encountered.
•Listening skills, rigor, service orientation, and ability to work as part of a team.
•Autonomy, initiative, and proactivity.
•Fluent English required.
The assignment is offered in an international environment, within a matrix organization with multiple entities. Banking experience is mandatory.
