As part of a strategic information system transformation program, a major player in its sector is continuing the modernization of its business platforms and accelerating its Agile-at-scale delivery model.
To support this transformation, we are looking for a Senior RTE Consultant / Agile-at-Scale Coordinator able to work in complex, multi-team, multi-solution, and highly interconnected environments.
Missions
•As a true conductor of operational coordination, contribute to synchronizing Agile trains, smoothing dependencies, optimizing cross-functional processes, and delivering continuous value to the business.

•PI Planning

•System Demo
•Inspect & Adapt
•Cross-functional synchronization sessions
•Ensure coordination between Agile teams, Product Management, Architects, Business Owners and stakeholders.
•Manage inter-train and inter-domain dependencies.
•Guarantee smooth delivery flow and alignment of teams with strategic objectives.
•Track progress of Features, Enablers and PI commitments.
•Build and maintain steering indicators and dashboards.
•Identify, anticipate and manage risks, alerts and blocking points.
•Provide regular reporting to governance bodies and management.
•Design and facilitate framing and co-construction workshops for processes.
•Define and document operating procedures, common practices and standards.
•Support teams in adopting good Agile practices and cross-functional processes.
•Contribute to continuous improvement of operational performance, service quality and time-to-market.
•Use and evolve Agile and portfolio steering tools.
•Automate and simplify the tracking of commitments, capacities and dependencies.
•Guarantee reliability and visibility of steering data.

Profile Sought
•You have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE), Senior Agile Coach, Agile-at-Scale Coordination Manager, or Agile Transformation Project Manager
•Experience in complex environments with multiple Agile trains and numerous business and IT stakeholders
•Mastery of methods and frameworks: SAFe (essential), Scrum, Kanban, hybrid project management (Agile / V-Cycle)
•Expertise in facilitating PI Planning, managing dependencies at scale, multi-team and multi-domain coordination
•Skills in results-oriented operational management, Agile governance, continuous improvement, process engineering and modeling
•Mastery of tools: Jira, Confluence, Clarity PPM or equivalent, collaborative and reporting tools
•Natural leadership and unifying posture
