The need
1.Understand the need directly from the business requester, through daily interaction.
2.Build an application or an agent within a few days, mostly using AI ("vibe coding"): prototype, test with users, rapid iterations.
3.Deploy to production respecting the group's governance and architecture: code compliance (SonarQube, GitHub, catalogue), pre-production, validation committees, automated deployment.
4.Keep it running: handle change requests, monitor, optimize costs (AI models and cloud). Principle: you build it, you run it.
5.Support citizen developers (5 to 10 business collaborators eventually): onboarding, training on standards, reviewing their apps.
Technical skills expected
AI-assisted development
•Delivery role: daily and advanced practice of Claude Code or an equivalent, writing specifications, critical review of generated code, tests
•Gemini CLI / Antigravity, configuration of code agents (skills, plugins)
•Immersion role: spend several weeks in a team (Finance, HR, Legal) to understand a process, redesign it to be AI-compatible, then build it as an agent or application. Comfortable facilitating workshops and defending a Business Case.

Profile sought
Developer who handles the entire product chain (scoping, simple UX, code, deployment, run). Delivers complete apps to replace a SaaS license or cover an unmet need.
Short cycle: a few days between the first exchange and a testable version.

•Sense of product and ROI: knows how to explain why an app deserves to exist, and when not to build it.
•Ease with non-technical stakeholders: scopes a need with a Finance or HR person without jargon, rephrases, reframes.
•Teaching ability: passes on standards to non-developers, reviews their work.
•End-to-end responsibility: takes ownership of running what they deliver.
•Rigor on governance: respects validation processes without bypassing them, and evolves them through proof.
•Pragmatism: delivers a useful version fast, rather than a perfect version late.
