Задачи:
•Segment customers by needs and value, and develop operational strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
•Use digital tools to monitor partnership resource costs for the CMLink Global Data SIM and drive cost optimization to improve product profitability
•Optimize CMLink Global Data SIM pricing based on resource cost optimization and develop pricing proposals to maintain market competitiveness
•Build an operational analysis system for the CMLink Global Card business and support business data management, analysis, and mining
•Prepare regular and ad hoc business operations analysis reports to support product and operational decisions
•Develop MVNO marketing with Russian MNO partners and increase the subscriber base
•Negotiate with regional MNOs to launch additional partners in the CIS region
•Sell CMLink Global SIM cards and explore opportunities to sell MVNO products to B2B or B2C markets through channels or agencies
Требования:
•Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline
•Proficiency with statistical tools, SQL, Access, and Excel
•At least 3 years of relevant work experience
•Excellent collaboration, communication, organizational, and coordination skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
•A confident, proactive, and self-motivated approach, with the ability to handle high work pressure
•Nice to have: experience in telecommunications, eSIM products, or partnership management
