As Senior Business Development Manager – People, you work across teams to further develop our talent strategies, improve processes and support our growth in Europe. Responsibilities
•You develop scalable hiring strategies for Europe and support company growth and workforce expansion across different areas.
•You work cross-functionally with department heads and recruiting teams, track hiring progress and help ensure staffing goals are met.
•You develop high-volume and international recruiting strategies and identify suitable talent sources—including in international markets and through agencies.
•You analyze recruiting metrics and develop measures to make processes more efficient.
•You further develop visa and work permit processes and take the requirements of different visa pathways into account.
•You assess and develop the use of automation and AI to make the People function more efficient and scalable.
Requirements
•Several years of experience in business development, project management, recruiting or a comparable field—ideally in a dynamic scale-up or automotive environment.
•Experience managing complex projects and working with different teams and stakeholders.
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to make a convincing case, including at senior management level.
•Strong data affinity and experience analyzing metrics and deriving concrete measures from them.
•Enjoyment of dynamic, fast-changing environments and a pragmatic, growth-oriented mindset.
•Fluent German and English.
