The Regional Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Moscow City, Russia.
Responsibilities:
•Identifying and developing new business opportunities
•Building and maintaining relationships with client organizations
•Expanding C3 Global's presence in the regional market
•Prospecting and meeting potential clients, understanding their workforce needs
•Preparing and delivering proposals
•Negotiating commercial terms
•Close collaboration with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and fulfilled on time
•Analyzing market trends
•Tracking sales performance
•Preparing regular reports
•Participating in networking events and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and drive sustainable growth
Requirements:
•Strong business development and sales skills, including client acquisition, relationship management, and negotiation
•Experience in recruitment, staffing, or HR services, with the ability to understand workforce planning and talent needs
•Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and influence decision-makers
•Solid analytical and planning abilities, including market research, pipeline management, and performance reporting
•Proven track record in regional or international business roles, preferably within the recruitment or professional services sector
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
•Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in Moscow City, with cultural adaptability and professional conduct
•Proficiency in English
