Задачи
•Develop new business with biotech and pharmaceutical customers
•Identify, qualify, and progress opportunities through to project award
•Sell specialist CDMO development and manufacturing services
•Build relationships with CMC, R&D, Technical Operations, and manufacturing stakeholders
•Understand customer programmes and translate technical requirements into relevant solutions
•Collaborate with scientific, process development, manufacturing, and project teams
•Represent the business at conferences, industry events, and customer meetings
•Monitor market trends and emerging technologies, and share commercial insights with the business
•Manage and develop an international sales pipeline
Требования
•Proven BD, commercial, or account management experience within a CDMO
•Strong technical understanding of viral vectors, vaccines, or related modalities
•Experience selling scientific, technical, or manufacturing services
•Ability to discuss scientific and development concepts with customers
•Strong new-business and relationship-building skills
•Commercial agility and comfort working in a smaller, entrepreneurial environment
•Ability to work autonomously while collaborating closely with technical teams
•A scientific degree
Nice to have: International experience, a PhD.
