Business Analyst
To support its growth, and as part of a replacement following an internal mobility move, Sysco is hiring a Business Analyst (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI), for its administrative site in Limonest (69).
Responsibilities
•In connection with the Margin Management Control Manager, contribute to performance management through analyses and cross-functional work involving the Sales, Offer, Finance and IT departments.
•Demonstrate a strong ability to structure and coordinate cross-functional projects or initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and compliance with objectives, deadlines and deliverables.
•Support the implementation of new analyses, new processes and management tools aimed at improving commercial performance, margin and offer efficiency.
•Contribute to Budget and Forecast exercises.
•Have a strong interest in business intelligence tools and data visualization, and contribute to maintaining, improving and developing management reporting.
Profile
•Graduate (Master's level / BAC+5) from an engineering school or business school.
•Proven successful experience (3 to 5 years) in a similar role within a company of comparable size or an audit firm.
•Strong skills in management control, project management and dataviz.
•Good knowledge of Excel, information systems (SAP or other ERP), and an interest in business intelligence tools (Qlik Sense / Qlik View / SISENSE) are prerequisites.
•Highly rigorous, autonomous, organized, and responsive on a daily basis.
•Proficient in professional English.
