We support both public and private sector organizations through two main areas: Consulting — with a focus on strategy, investment analysis, and digital process improvement; IT Team Augmentation — helping clients scale and strengthen their tech teams. We are seeking a Business Analyst to work on a Banking project.
Responsibilities
•Manage functional solutions for financial interfaces supporting key reporting streams, including financial accounting, management accounting, liquidity, and credit risk
•Define operational and accounting schemes, control frameworks, and data flow structures based on project requirements
•Document functional and technical specifications for implementation by IT, financial systems, and engineering teams
•Coordinate tasks and stakeholders across projects to ensure timely delivery
•Support the evolution of the chart of accounts as required by the adopted solution
•Contribute to testing strategies and carry out all accounting and reporting test phases
•Ensure post-implementation support for reporting users
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience in banking or financial services
•Knowledge of general accounting and/or banking accounting
•Familiarity with banking products or capital markets products
•Experience with financial information systems
•Experience in project management
•Proficiency in MS Excel
•Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
•Minimum B2 level of English, with Portuguese language skills required
