Responsibilities
•Eliciting and gathering requirements from business stakeholders (Finance, Risk, Compliance), translating regulatory requirements into functional and data requirements
•Working with data: SQL, data mapping, data lineage, understanding of DWH and source data structures
•Documentation: drafting BRDs/FRSs, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, and report specifications
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in business analysis, including at least 3 years in the banking domain
•Hands-on experience with banking regulatory reporting
•Spoken English proficiency at C1 level or higher
Nice to have
•Spoken Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian at B2 level or higher
•Experience with Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, and credit risk management
•Experience with regulatory reporting tools (AxiomSL/Adenza, Moody's, Wolters Kluwer OneSumX, or similar)
