Responsibilities
•Lead on-site discovery with client executives, process owners, and subject-matter experts through interviews, observation, and workshops
•Map organizational structures, processes, and subprocesses; review current systems and data; and identify root causes of business problems
•Determine where AI and automation are appropriate, design tailored solutions, and confirm feasibility with Technical Team Leads
•Write PRDs, BRDs, and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria
•Create workflows, wireframes, and process maps
•Present findings and proposals to client executives and company leadership
•Hand over project materials to Project Managers, Product Managers, and the tech team, and provide business expertise during delivery
•Build templates and checklists to help new projects start faster
Requirements
•At least 4 years of business or systems analysis in IT, including direct work with client stakeholders
•A degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on industry experience
•Led at least one project from discovery to delivery with a client's senior stakeholders
•Participated in at least one digital transformation project involving new systems or automation
•Strong stakeholder interviewing and workshop facilitation skills
•Ability to break down businesses into processes and model them
•Experience writing PRDs, BRDs, and User Stories
•Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall, and when to use each
•Experience with Jira, Trello, or a similar tool
•Understanding of software delivery, APIs, databases, integrations, and system architecture sufficient to work as an equal with tech leads
•Practical understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, use-case evaluation, and data quality
•Fluent Uzbek, confident Russian, and English
•Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical topics to business people and business needs to developers
•Comfortable taking the lead in an unfamiliar organization
