About the Role
We're looking for a Business Analyst with strong business acumen, analytical skills, and an interest in transforming processes through Artificial Intelligence and automation.
Requirements
•Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role
•Experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation
•Knowledge of process analysis and improvement methodologies such as BPMN, Lean, or Six Sigma
•A solid understanding of the potential and limitations of AI, Generative AI, and automation
•Ability to translate business problems into clear, actionable requirements
•Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
•Experience facilitating workshops across different business areas
•Autonomy, critical thinking, and the confidence to constructively challenge existing processes
•English proficiency at C1 level or above
•Current residence in Portugal
