About the Role
At Planck Technologies, we are recruiting Business Analysts to join a project in the banking sector, focused on the evolution of the BEACON application, a solution used to manage and automate accounting controls. We are looking for professionals with experience in Business Analysis, solid knowledge of financial processes, accounting and reporting, and the ability to turn business requirements into functional specifications, following the development and delivery of solutions in an Agile context.
Responsibilities
•Analyse business requirements and follow the functional evolution of the BEACON application
•Translate financial, accounting and regulatory requirements into detailed functional specifications
•Define, document and refine User Stories, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical solutions
•Manage and follow up on subprojects in an Agile context, including planning, monitoring and resource coordination
•Track milestones, progress, risks and dependencies, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders
•Identify risks and issues, assess their impact and define mitigation measures
•Ensure coordination between business teams, users and technical teams
•Plan and follow up on testing phases, including functional validation of implemented solutions
•Support users, prepare training materials and provide follow-up after implementation
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, applications and working practices
•Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders from different functional areas
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting or a relevant field
•Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst
•Solid knowledge of Financial Reporting, Accounting and Financial Processes
•Knowledge of banking products
•Functional understanding of Data Management concepts
•Practical knowledge of databases, query languages and Business Intelligence (BI) tools
•Ability to elicit, analyse and document business requirements
•Experience defining functional specifications and refining User Stories
•Fluency in English – C1 level
•Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Nice to Have
•Experience with Jira and Confluence
•Knowledge of Agile methodologies
•Experience in project management and follow-up
•Knowledge of the integration of Artificial Intelligence, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic frameworks
•Knowledge of French
•Experience in Finance, Risk or Regulatory Reporting projects
•Experience with accounting control solutions and the certification of financial processes
