Задачи
•Support the analysis, optimization, and evolution of business processes and systems
•Work with stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements and define solutions
•Ensure the successful delivery of business initiatives
•Bridge business needs and technology capabilities
•Manage complex requirements and drive continuous business improvement
•Help oversee the design, manufacturing, and planning of product marketing and promotion strategies
•Provide management with analyses and reports and respond to management questions and requests
•Specify and oversee research to determine customers' needs and preferences
•Review and adjust inventory levels and production schedules to maintain product availability
Требования
•4+ Years of business analysis or related experience
•3+ Years of experience working with software products
•2+ Years of experience with NetSuite
•Knowledge of business and management principles and practices
•Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs
•Project management and business analysis skills
•Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
•Experience with Agile processes and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, and/or SAFe, and Jira
•Experience developing user interface drafts
•Business process modeling experience, including relevant notations and methodologies
•Nice to have: understanding of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance; professional certifications such as CCBA, CBAP by IIBA, PMI-PBA by PMI, or CPRE by IREB
