Responsibilities
•Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders across departments
•Map and improve business processes
•Conduct data-driven analysis to identify issues and opportunities
•Prepare reports, specifications, and presentations
•Support project teams in defining solutions, validating changes, and monitoring the impact of implemented initiatives
•Facilitate meetings and ensure effective communication between technical and business teams
•Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aligned with the company's transformation goals
Requirements
•Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data
•Business analysis and business requirements skills for documenting needs and translating them into actionable specifications
•Business process skills, including process mapping, optimization, and workflow design
•Communication skills for engaging stakeholders, preparing clear documentation, and delivering presentations
•Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing business priorities
Nice to Have
•A degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
•Experience with process improvement methodologies, requirements management tools, and basic data analysis or reporting tools
•Proficiency in English or another local language
•Familiarity with enterprise transformation or consulting environments
