You'll work side by side with stakeholders, development teams and business areas, ensuring that needs are translated into products and features that generate value.
Responsibilities
•Understand business needs and turn them into clear, actionable requirements
•Lead requirements-gathering and clarification sessions with different stakeholders
•Create user stories, acceptance criteria and functional documentation to support development
•Ensure alignment between Business, Processes and Technical Teams
•Challenge requirements and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
•Follow the solution's entire lifecycle, from analysis through to implementation and validation
•Contribute to innovative digital transformation projects and, ideally, initiatives related to Artificial Intelligence (AI)
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Information Systems or a similar field
•Solid experience in Business Analysis
•At least 2 years of experience gathering, analyzing and validating business requirements
•Experience defining functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
•Ability to manage different stakeholders and align expectations
•Experience with Agile methodologies
•Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Proactive, independent and results-oriented
•A natural communicator, able to bring business and technology closer together
•Organized and comfortable in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment
•Curious, questioning and committed to continuous improvement
•A team player, focused on quality and the impact of deliverables
Nice to have
•Experience in digital transformation projects
•Exposure to AI / Artificial Intelligence solutions or projects
•Ability to facilitate workshops and promote collaboration between teams
