About the Program
The program provides young people with practical knowledge of banking, exposure to private client services, insight into bank-customer relations, and an understanding of how banking services are organized and delivered. Graduates are better prepared to participate in competitions for relevant bank vacancies.
Responsibilities
•Gain practical knowledge of banking
•Gain practical exposure to private client services
•Learn about bank-customer relations
•Learn the principles and procedures for organizing the bank's services
Requirements
•No work experience in the financial and banking system
•Excellent command of English and Russian
•Higher education, at least a bachelor's degree
•Graduated from university within the last five years or currently in the final year
•Demonstrated high academic performance
Conditions
•The program takes place at the Head Office in Yerevan, Armenia
•Permanent employment term
