About Perk
Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact. We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem. Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work. At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries.
We are looking for a customer-oriented and results-driven candidate to join our Account Management Team. As a Senior Account Manager French speaking at Perk, you will be actively contributing to our continued customer satisfaction as well as working to increase growth and margin within existing accounts. Following our recent acquisition and rebranding, your role now encompasses our fully integrated Travel and Spend ecosystem. You will be responsible for a portfolio of large SMB accounts within the French market, helping them streamline not just their travel, but their entire expense management workflow. You must possess a genuine hunger to navigate your accounts in a fast-changing, hyper-growth environment, be ready to roll up your sleeves, and work hard.
Responsibilities
•Portfolio Management: Own a portfolio of large SMB customers and develop a high level of customer engagement with influential users (Admins, Finance Directors, Travel Managers) within those accounts.
•Strategic Consultation: Gain a deep understanding of your customers' business and show you understand and identify with their goals as an organisation. You will consult them on consolidating their financial stack by leveraging Perk's unified Travel and Spend capabilities, identifying opportunities to optimize their expense reconciliation and cost control.
•Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the Perk portfolio of products—including our core Travel platform and our new Spend management solution. You will use this knowledge to guide customers through the benefits of an all-in-one T&E solution.
•Expansion & Growth: Actively identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for the Spend product within your existing book of business, driving adoption of corporate cards, automated invoice processing, and expense management features.
•Problem Solving: Identify common problems within each account—whether related to bookings or expense workflows—and develop strategies to solve each issue in a timely manner whilst also developing foolproof methods to ensure repeat issues are a thing of the past.
•Advocacy: Be Perk's biggest advocate within your clients and your clients' biggest advocate within Perk. You'll be the first one to address any issues, get support from our technical teams, and educate your clients on new product features across both Travel and Spend modules.
Requirements
•Progressed relevant work experience within an Account Management or Customer Success role, preferably managing a portfolio of B2B clients.
•Native or near-native proficiency in French, ability to speak and write in English fluently.
•Experience in the Travel industry, Fintech, Expense Management, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
•Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to explain complex integrations between travel bookings and financial reporting.
•Customer-focused with a passion for working with people and solving financial pain points for businesses.
•Excellent analytical abilities with fluency in Excel and data interpretation.
•Solid analytical background to help clients visualise their T&E ROI.
Working conditions and values
•We Win Together: We prioritise collective success, build transparent working relationships, and take a straightforward, low-politics approach to collaboration.
•We Focus on What Matters: We cut through the noise, stay focused on core objectives, and take ownership of delivering results—from everyday priorities to key-account rollouts.
