You get warm, pre-qualified leads every day and know exactly what to do with them. And when the pipeline dries out, you don't wait around: you go on the hunt for deals.
Responsibilities
•Inbound demos: 8–16 qualified demo calls per day
•Quota ownership: clear monthly and quarterly targets
•Pipeline management: structured follow-ups and clean CRM hygiene
•Help sharpen our sales motion as we scale fast
Requirements
•1+ years of sales experience in transactional or B2B SaaS sales
•Proven closing track record along a structured funnel
•High discipline, strong ownership, and a genuine hunger to earn
•Natural communicator and storyteller
•Native Polish; strong English (C1+)
•Ready for a paid temporary relocation (1-2 weeks in Vienna to soak up our culture)
