About the project
We are looking for a Workday Developer to support the development, configuration and integration of the Workday platform. You will join an international project delivered for a global client from the financial industry and will collaborate with business, functional and technical teams on creating and optimizing HR solutions.
Your tasks
•Expert support for Payroll and HR areas regarding compensation, benefits, absence, time tracking, as well as Workday Payroll, Security and integrations
•Designing and building end-to-end solutions covering Workday configuration, integrations and the impact of changes on external systems, collaborating with teams responsible for integrations and platform engineering
•Optimizing business processes, particularly in the areas of Payroll, Security and integrations, to increase efficiency and data consistency across the organization
•Configuring reports, calculated fields, business processes and security mechanisms
•Analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions in the Workday system
•Creating and developing Workday documentation, including operating procedures, Quick Reference Guides, project documentation and training materials
•Preparing technical and functional documentation
•Supporting production maintenance and resolving incidents related to the Workday platform
Who we are looking for
•Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, including hands-on experience in Payroll, Security and integrations
•Experience working with Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors or Workday Web Services
•Daily experience designing end-to-end solutions covering Workday configuration, integrations and dependent systems
•Hands-on experience with Workday modules such as: Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking
•Experience in requirements analysis, solution design and creating technical documentation
•Analytical thinking skills, ability to solve problems independently and work with stakeholders
•English language proficiency at minimum B2 level, working in an international environment
