About the Project
We are looking for an expert who wants to have a real impact on the business, understands finance in a service environment, and can translate numbers into recommendations supporting management decisions. Important is also the ability to move comfortably at the intersection of finance and business, as well as interest in the development of artificial intelligence and recognizing its impact on financial, controlling, and operational processes. Experience using AI tools in daily work will be key.
Your Tasks
•Preparing financial analyses, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
•Using modern technologies, including AI solutions, in daily financial work
•Monitoring project profitability
•Participating in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
•Analyzing variances and identifying areas for cost optimization
•Collaborating with operational managers and supporting them in business decision-making
•Developing controlling and reporting processes
•Using modern technologies, including AI solutions, in daily financial work
•Participating in external audit processes
•Preparing ad hoc analyses for the Management Board and other business areas
Who We're Looking For
•About 6-7 years of experience in controlling or finance in the service sector
•Experience gained in both business and consulting environments will be a big advantage
•Practical experience with AI solutions, particularly Agentic AI
•Ability to independently lead controlling processes and support the business
•Developed analytical and communication skills
•Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite, particularly Excel (knowledge of VBA will be an additional advantage)
•Experience working with Power BI
•Higher education in finance, accounting, or related fields
•English at least at B2 level
