What You Can Expect
•Taking on responsibility: You are assigned to the Essen location for two full years. Here you get a comprehensive overview and take on initial responsibility in projects.
•Insights into our Engineering team: You support in the areas of quality pre-planning (e.g. moderating FMEAs) and Manufacturing Engineering.
•Further training: You take part in several trainings and complete a specialized seminar in your field, preparing you optimally for your follow-up position.
•Networking: Besides personal support from a local contact person, there are regular cross-location networking events and trainee workshops.
What You Bring
•You are a graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or have a comparable qualification such as a technician degree.
•You already have initial experience in quality management or process management - ideally in a production or automotive environment.
•You convince with business-fluent German and English skills and are open to national and international business trips.
•You are a dedicated team player, can easily get others excited about your ideas, and are characterized by an independent and careful way of working.
•You have the desire to shape your career with us long-term. We want to count you as part of our team even after the trainee program and support you on your further career path!
