Stefan Kärnestad, Consultant Manager at Telia Cygate Region North, is looking for a new colleague to work on-site at one of our large customers in region North.
As a Technical Project Manager you will work on-site at one of our larger customers, quality-assuring and ensuring structured project execution. You will lead and drive projects with high technical content, while participating in technical discussions about the customer's IT solutions and integrations. You will be supported by our IT infrastructure specialists in network, security and hybrid IT solutions/cloud.
In this role you will work across different contact points and environments, acting as the responsible contact person towards suppliers, consultants and the customer's staff. You will steer the delivery according to schedule while ensuring that all parties in the project focus on quality and function.
Examples of what you will do
•Plan, execute and manage important customer projects according to plan and budget with a strong focus on quality
•Participate in and drive improvement work for the customer and its processes
•Follow up on function, quality and delivery, and act as technical advisor in various IT projects
•Collaborate closely with the customer and the customer's suppliers, as this collaboration is at least as important as managing the technology
•Advise our sales staff and the customer in ongoing dialogues regarding upcoming projects
Project management at Telia Cygate
Your future colleagues have solid experience in project management and IPMA and PMI certifications at various levels. In our delivery projects we work based on an in-house developed project and change methodology built on our industry experience and recognized project management standards. It is also not unusual that we use our customers' own project processes.

You can lead yourself and others to achieve set project goals, with a "we" mindset, and want to contribute to a good collaborative climate.
Your experience
•Very good experience in project management with high technical content
•Used to navigating multiple levels of an organization and handling many contact points simultaneously, such as suppliers, consultants and other staff
•Experience with Cisco solutions and a good understanding of infrastructure
•Swedish and English, spoken and written
•Advantageous if you have experience working as a consultant
