Your Role
As project manager, you have overall responsibility for planning, leading and following up projects and contracts through their entire lifecycle. You work closely with customers, internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure deliveries are carried out according to agreed requirements, goals and priorities.
You have a central role in creating structure, clarity and progress in complex assignments. Through engaging leadership, you ensure that teams have the right conditions to succeed and that work is conducted with high quality, within given timeframes and budget.
In this role you are responsible for translating customer and business requirements into concrete plans and activities. You drive coordination between different functions, follow up on finances, risks and status, and ensure that work is conducted according to governing documents, processes and regulations.
Your main areas of responsibility include:
•Leading projects and ensuring delivery on time, within budget and with the right quality
•Analyzing and breaking down customer requirements into clear project plans
•Coordinating work between technical teams, operations and the customer
•Managing risks and opportunities and ensuring progress in the project
•Maintaining good communication and building long-term relationships, both internally and externally
You are also an important part of contributing to the continued growth of the business, where you have the opportunity to influence both the structure and execution of future projects.

We are looking for someone who is a confident, structured and engaging leader with good analytical ability. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, create results and drive work forward in collaboration with others.
You have a holistic perspective, are business-minded and have the ability to create trust in complex collaborations. At the same time, you are used to handling multiple stakeholders and making well-founded decisions in a changing environment.
To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
•2-5 years of experience in project management or similar leading roles
•Good understanding of technical projects, preferably within complex or regulated operations
•Ability to manage risks, requirements, processes and governing regulations
•Experience handling planning, resources and budget
•Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English
•Relevant college or university education
It is advantageous if you have experience from:
•The defense industry
•Technically complex or regulated operations
•Environments with high requirements on quality, structure and documentation
