ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology
Enabler for smaller, more powerful and more energy-efficient microchips
Working where tomorrow is created.
Around 80 percent of all microchips worldwide are manufactured using ZEISS technologies. As the heart of every electronically controlled system, they are indispensable in our everyday life – whether in smartphones, smart homes or smart factories. ZEISS is the technology leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. With highly precise lithography optics, photomask systems and solutions for process control, ZEISS enables the production of ever smaller, more powerful and more energy-efficient microchips – shaping the age of micro- and nanoelectronics with its innovations.
We are looking for a Project Manager TGA Planning (m/f/x) for our team in Oberkochen.
Your Role
•Independently manage and successfully complete TGA (building services) projects in existing facilities as well as demanding conversion, extension and new-build projects in the SMT plants, across all relevant planning and realization phases
•Analyze the requirements of complex production machinery and processes for the TGA, define robust connection and consumption data, and coordinate them with all parties involved – in particular for climate, ventilation, cooling, heat, humidity, electrical supply, compressed air, technical gases, vacuum, media quality and structural dynamics
•Create planning basics, media and connection lists, requirement specifications, interface descriptions, schedules, cost estimates and decision papers, and ensure consistent, audit-proof project documentation and high data quality
•Plan and manage costs, schedules, resources, quality and risks proactively, monitor planning and construction progress, communicate deviations transparently and consistently follow up on effective countermeasures
•As the central TGA interface, coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration with production, industrial engineering, process development, occupational safety, corporate facility management, external specialist planners, contractors and authorities
•Technically evaluate planning services and technical concepts, support tenders and execution coordination, and ensure acceptances, commissioning, functional tests and the orderly handover to operations and maintenance
Your Profile
•A successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering, building services, energy or facility technology with a focus on TGA (building services engineering) or a comparable technical field, as well as in-depth knowledge in at least two TGA trades
•At least 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in specialist planning or project management of building services systems in an industrial environment, especially in heating, cooling, air conditioning and ventilation technology, electrical supply, and production-related media such as compressed air, technical gases and vacuum; experience in highly installed production, laboratory or cleanroom areas is an advantage
•Confident application of the regulations and contractual bases relevant for planning and execution of TGA systems, in particular DIN, VDI and VDE regulations, workplace and fire protection requirements as well as HOAI and VOB; experience in creating and reviewing planning basics, requirement specifications, bills of quantities, cost calculations and technical tender documents
•Confident use of MS Office, SharePoint and AutoCAD as well as experience with model- and data-based TGA planning; knowledge of BIM coordination and collision checking, AVA, CAFM and scheduling systems as well as structured maintenance of plant, connection and consumption data is an advantage
•Solid experience in the technical and commercial management of TGA projects across the relevant HOAI service phases, including interface coordination, cost and schedule controlling, risk and change management, quality assurance, as well as support of assembly, commissioning, functional testing, acceptance and handover to operations
•A strong ability to translate requirements from production, process, building and operations into technically robust TGA solutions, as well as confident presence towards internal clients, specialist planners and contractors; strong moderation, negotiation and assertiveness skills in interdisciplinary project teams
•Very good German and good English skills, written and spoken, especially for technical specifications, planning and tender documents, acceptances and collaboration with international suppliers and project partners
