We're looking for a Master Data Maintenance and Technical Close Manager (Maternity Cover) to join us at Telia.
I'm Rolandas Rupšys, Head of Finance Shared Services, and I'm searching for someone ready to grow with us. We're a supportive, service-oriented team focused on delivering high-quality services while continuously improving processes and stakeholder experience.
What you'll do
Lead a team of master data maintenance and technical close professionals, ensuring excellent service delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvements.
•Lead Master Data Maintenance team, ensuring high-quality service delivery and achievement of key targets
•Improve processes and ways of working to increase efficiency and service quality through robust operational excellence practices
•Support team development through coaching, training, performance management, and workforce planning
•Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and provide the best possible support
•Provide subject-matter expertise in relation to the master data when necessary
What will help you thrive in this role
You are a proactive and people-focused leader with sufficient attention to details who enjoys developing teams, solving problems, and building strong relationships.
•Proven experience in master data, finance / accounting operations, or a related field, including team leadership responsibilities
•Strong knowledge of data flows, accounting processes and experience in stakeholder management
•Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or related area
•Ability to lead teams, drive improvements, and manage multiple priorities at the same time in a dynamic environment
•Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range for this position – 3900 – 4600 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
