Задачи
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job requisition to offer acceptance
•Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract engineering talent
•Proactively source and identify candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and direct outreach
•Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future engineering roles
•Advise engineering stakeholders on recruitment practices and market trends
•Build relationships with hiring managers and provide tailored recruitment solutions
•Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding
•Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates
•Report recruitment progress and outcomes to stakeholders
•Use data to identify improvement areas and implement changes
•Collaborate with recruitment agencies to supplement sourcing efforts
•Ensure agency-referred candidates meet company standards and requirements
Требования
•Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter in the software engineering sector
•Excellent sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, including Lever
•Business-level English proficiency or above, equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR
