Задачи
•Partner with hiring Leads to scale the engineering organization
•Design and own recruitment strategies with business stakeholders
•Autonomously manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing
•Craft compelling candidate narratives and deliver a best-in-class experience
•Use data to support hiring recommendations, retrospectively improve processes, remove bottlenecks, and optimize automation and global scalability
•Identify and solve complex problems proactively
•Drive recruitment initiatives with a 6+ month horizon
Требования
•Proven experience hiring talent across Software Engineering, including Front-End, Back-End, Mobile, Platform, and Leadership
•Deep market and domain knowledge
•High autonomy and ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-changing workloads
•Experience adopting HR technology and automating processes
•Resilience, curiosity, and creative problem-solving skills
•Ability to use data to identify hiring blockers and optimize scalable processes
•Expert stakeholder management and strong storytelling and communication skills
•Ability to build trust and foster partnerships across the organization
•Continuous improvement and growth mindset
•Strong experience, relevant skills, and ability to articulate thinking; educational background is not important
