Responsibilities
•Source and engage technical professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, outreach tools, and professional networks
•Build talent pipelines across AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure
•Identify candidates with relevant hands-on engineering experience
•Develop long-term relationships with specialist technical professionals
•Conduct structured screening interviews in English
•Evaluate candidates' technical experience, project responsibilities, motivations, availability, and expectations
•Ask follow-up questions to validate technical experience and individual contributions
•Produce clear, accurate candidate assessments and maintain recruitment records
•Work with structured screening frameworks and AI-supported recruitment tools
•Identify companies with potential demand for specialist technical talent
•Introduce qualified candidates to relevant hiring managers
•Develop relationships with prospective clients across European markets
•Manage candidate submissions, interview coordination, negotiations, and placements
•Build and manage commercial opportunities
Requirements
•At least 3 years of professional experience in IT or technical recruitment
•Hands-on experience sourcing technical candidates
•Recruitment experience in at least one of these areas: Cloud, DevOps, Infrastructure, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, or AI
•Excellent spoken and written English
•Strong communication, interviewing, and relationship-building skills
•Ability to understand technical CVs and confidently discuss candidates' engineering experience
•Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, or similar sourcing methods
•Ability to work independently and manage recruitment activities remotely
•Availability during Central European business hours
•Interest in developing business development and client acquisition responsibilities
Nice to have
•Previous 360 recruitment or business development experience
•Experience recruiting contractors for European clients
•Knowledge of AI infrastructure, MLOps, Kubernetes, GPU computing or model deployment
•Experience recruiting for Swiss or German clients
•German language skills
•Familiarity with ATS, CRM and recruitment automation tools
