About HOLOPLOT
HOLOPLOT is a pro audio company from Berlin, Germany. Since early 2011, we have been working on radically transforming audio technology, by re-thinking the underlying physics of sound reproduction. As our in-house recruiter, you will take ownership of recruiting for several key positions across HOLOPLOT, with a particular focus on Engineering, Software, and other technical and specialist functions.

•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and specialist positions, from job briefing and sourcing to interviews, offers, and hiring decisions
•Proactively identify, approach, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant sourcing channels
•Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies
•Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and motivation
•Coordinate interviews and ensure clear, timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders in Berlin and the US
•Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions, particularly in Engineering and Software
•Provide hiring managers with market insights, candidate feedback, and recommendations throughout the recruitment process
•Maintain accurate candidate data and manage recruitment workflows in our applicant tracking system (Personio)
•Identify opportunities to use AI in recruiting, for example in sourcing, candidate engagement, and process automation, and help introduce the tools that prove useful
•Continuously improve our recruiting processes, sourcing approaches, and the overall candidate experience

•Several years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in an in-house recruiting role or a recruitment agency
•Proven experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or related fields
•Strong active sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate sourcing tools
•Confidence in managing the full recruitment lifecycle independently and handling multiple vacancies simultaneously
•A structured, organised, and proactive working style, with the ability to prioritise effectively
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
•You enjoy taking ownership, building relationships, and delivering results
•You are adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic and international environment
