Its Engineering & Data team builds technology products and platforms that support the growth of its gaming and consumer apps.
Responsibilities
•Drive full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering & Data team, building and closing candidate pipelines for gaming roles and new app launches
•Partner with hiring managers on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies; prepare for and conduct intake meetings, apply knowledge of the talent landscape, and maintain internal communication
•Source passive talent using sourcing tools and creative methods, engaging candidates and generating interest in roles
•Ensure consistent communication and a positive employer brand throughout the candidate experience
•Partner with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
Requirements
•More than 6 years of experience in technical recruitment
•Immediately available
•Passion for and expertise in tech and product hiring
•Familiarity with fast-paced, ambitious companies in the startup/scaleup ecosystem
•Ability to build strong business partnerships
•Strong analytical and organizational skills
•Rigorous and detail-oriented
•Focus on providing a great candidate experience
•Curious and business-oriented
•Fluent in English and French
Conditions
•6-month contract
•Ideally based in Paris, with 3 days per week onsite
