It requires 2+ years of relevant experience, fluency in Danish, and professional English, with on-site full-time work in Copenhagen.

Permanent position at Twoday | Copenhagen
Can you bring structure to complex IT deliveries and help business stakeholders and technical teams move forward together? Join Twoday's Digital Engineering team in a permanent position where you will connect customer needs, technical delivery and day-to-day coordination. Your first assignment will be with a public-sector customer in Copenhagen, helping teams develop, maintain and operate digital solutions. This role combines technical project management, agile facilitation and quality coordination. You will help turn priorities into clear activities, bring the right people together and follow through on decisions, dependencies and deadlines.
Tasks
You will work closely with the customer, Product Owners, developers, architects and operational specialists to maintain a shared view of priorities and progress. You will coordinate both project deliveries and recurring activities, ensuring that responsibilities are clear and important tasks are followed through to completion.
•Coordinating technical deliveries, milestones, dependencies and follow-up across teams and stakeholders
•Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, helping remove obstacles and supporting effective collaboration
•Supporting Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, epics, user stories and refinement
•Planning and coordinating test activities, following up on defects and helping ensure delivery quality
•Working with architects and developers to clarify technical dependencies and their implications for delivery
•Coordinating security and compliance requirements, documentation, activities and follow-up with relevant specialists
•Coordinating releases, operational issues and transitions from development into operation
•Maintaining an annual schedule of recurring activities, including supplier oversight, security reviews, releases and testing
•Keeping the customer, business stakeholders and Twoday informed, and supporting the customer's external communication when needed
Requirements
You have experience coordinating complex IT deliveries and are comfortable working between business stakeholders and technical specialists. Your background may be in technical project management, delivery management or a Scrum Master role with broader delivery responsibility. You understand how software moves from business requirements through development and testing into production. You can engage in technical discussions, ask relevant questions and translate the outcome into clear actions and decisions.
•A track record of creating structure and progress across IT projects or software teams
•Practical experience with agile delivery and Scrum facilitation
•Experience supporting backlog refinement, prioritisation and requirements clarification
•Experience planning or coordinating testing and quality assurance
•An understanding of software architecture, integrations, releases and operational dependencies
•The ability to coordinate security, compliance and governance activities with specialist colleagues
•Clear communication, sound judgement and the confidence to follow up on commitments
•Fluency in Danish, both spoken and written, and professional proficiency in English
•Experience from public-sector organisations or other environments with formal governance and documentation requirements would be an advantage
You do not need to be a specialist in every discipline. You do need the technical understanding and coordination skills to bring specialists together, clarify ownership and keep delivery moving.
A permanent role with varied customer assignments
You will be permanently employed by Twoday and join our Digital Engineering business. Your first assignment will be with a public-sector customer, working on site in Copenhagen on a full-time basis.
