About the Role
You will attract and recruit candidates for Product, Engineering, and Science roles. You will partner with hiring managers on role requirements and interviews, manage the candidate journey, solve multi-location hiring challenges, use metrics to improve recruiting, and build scalable hiring systems.
Requirements
•5+ years of recruiting experience
•Experience hiring for technical or scientific roles
•Experience conducting independent searches in competitive talent markets
•Experience analyzing recruitment metrics
•International hiring experience
•Fluent English communication
•Familiarity with modern ATS such as Ashby
•Familiarity with LinkedIn search, scheduling tools such as Modernloop, and AI-driven productivity tools
