Responsibilities
•Identify and engage with potential candidates inside and outside the sector using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools and other platforms.
•Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to assess suitability for various roles.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and the current team.
•Work closely with the company's management to ensure a hiring process aligned with the desired candidate profile.
•Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs.
Requirements
•Solid knowledge of recruitment and candidate selection.
•Previous experience recruiting for commercial roles or related areas.
•Proficiency in using CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter.
•Excellent presentation, communication and organizational skills.
•Autonomy, proactivity and a results-oriented approach.
