Aufgaben
•Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for a broad range of commercial roles across the DACH region, from operational shipping and administrative positions to sales, specialist, and national and global management roles
•Advise hiring managers and collaborate closely with leaders and HR colleagues
•Define and implement targeted recruiting strategies
•Screen applications through phone interviews
•Partner with Active Sourcing Specialists and conduct independent headhunting activities
•Create a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
•Build a qualified candidate pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with candidates
•Contribute expertise to projects, maintain high standards, optimize processes, and develop new recruiting approaches
Anforderungen
•A completed degree in (business) psychology, business, or a comparable field; an HR specialization is preferred
•At least 5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, independently managing recruiting processes or active sourcing
•Strong consulting skills and customer focus when working with internal and external stakeholders
•Proactive, enthusiastic, and persuasive, with strong networking and communication skills
•Enjoy working in an international team
•Excellent German communication and negotiation skills, and conversational English
