Требования
•At least an hbo-level degree, preferably in a relevant field
•At least 2 years of experience as a Recruiter or employment consultant
•Strong social and communication skills
•Empathy and persuasiveness
•A proactive, commercial, and results-oriented attitude
•Perseverance and the ability to switch easily between different stakeholders
•Nice to have: affinity with the financial sector and eagerness to deepen knowledge in it, experience building networks
