Responsibilities
•Review requests related to the area of responsibility and coordinate activities to respond to them
•Communicate progress to clients and schedule meetings as appropriate
•Ensure service quality and that processes are followed and documented
•Write documentation and follow up on downstream processes
•Manage the filing and storage of documentation in compliance with data privacy and legal requirements
•Initiate and follow up on activities required by third-party vendors
•Ensure data accuracy and timeliness
•Produce and analyze reports as required
•Recommend and act on opportunities for continuous improvement
Requirements
•Experience in the specific process area
•Experience working in a shared service organization
•Knowledge of operational excellence and a customer service focus
•Experience with data processing, computer applications, or call center applications
•Communication and interpersonal skills, initiative, analysis, accuracy, and organizational skills
•Fluent Polish and advanced English
