As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Procurement Manager to join their headquarters in Lisbon.
Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and technology professionals.
•Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to support business growth across Portugal and European markets.
•Build and manage relationships with recruitment partners and external suppliers.
•Support customer resource procurement requirements, working directly with leading multinational organisations.
•Strengthen employer branding initiatives and contribute to the growth of engineering teams.
•Collaborate closely with senior management to support the company's strategic expansion.
Requirements
•Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or Human Resources, preferably within the IT sector.
•Experience managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
•Strong sourcing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
•Proactive, organised and results-oriented mindset.
•Good command of English.
