Requirements
•A degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Sociology, or similar
•3 years of experience in IT recruitment
•Good communication skills
•Fluent English and Portuguese
•Dynamism, proactivity, and team spirit
•Decision-making skills and willingness to take risks
•Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills in dynamic environments
