We want to welcome a Junior IT Talent Acquisition professional to our Recruitment team in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
•Publish job openings on different platforms
•Actively search for technology talent
•Contact candidates and take part in selection interviews
•Follow up on recruitment processes and maintain close communication with candidates
•Collaborate with the team to understand hiring needs
•Learn about different profiles and technologies in the IT market
•Keep information updated in our recruitment tools
Requirements
•Degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources or related studies
•Interested in the world of technology and talent recruitment
•Good communication skills and a people-oriented approach
•Organized and eager to learn
•Proactive attitude, energy and motivation to develop professionally
Nice to Have
•Previous experience in recruitment, HR internships or scholarships is valued, although it is not essential
•Catalan is valued
