Responsibilities
•Drive and contribute to systems studies in 5G in Radio Resource Management (e.g. Scheduling, Link Adaptation, Beam Forming, Carrier Aggregation, Fast Cell Coordination) and the Radio Physical Layer
•Work collaboratively on new features, simulations and improvements with cross-functional development teams
•Contribute to advances in 5G Standards
•Contribute to Innovation and IPR
•File Invention disclosures and Patents
•Support the deployment of new 5G products and features into customer networks
•Understand customer configurations and issues
Requirements
•Strong background in communications theory and digital signal processing
•Good knowledge of 5G specifications, especially in the areas of the L1, L2, Digital Signal Processing, Radio Resource Management
•Analytical mindset, high capacity, result oriented and ability to deliver under pressure
•Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, because of English-speaking work environment
Nice to have
•Professional experience in a similar position in telecommunication area
•Hands-on experience with programming languages like: C, C++, and/or Java
•Experience in systems analysis
