About the Role
The ERP team implements, develops, and optimizes Business Central solutions, covering business analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
Responsibilities
•Analyze business processes and gather requirements with business users
•Design and document ERP solutions for Finance, Controlling, Budgeting, and Reporting
•Configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for finance
•Define business rules, calculations, cost allocations, and reporting requirements
•Collaborate with developers, BI/Data teams, and business stakeholders
•Prepare functional specifications, process models, and test scenarios
•Support UAT and validate delivered solutions
•Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes
•Participate in ERP implementations and further system development
Requirements
•2+ Years of experience as a System Analyst, Business/System Analyst, ERP Consultant, or in a similar role
•Experience with ERP implementation or development projects
•Good understanding of finance, accounting, or controlling processes
•Experience with requirements analysis and BPMN
•Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical teams
•English at B2 level or higher
•Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
•Willingness to work on-site in Warsaw, Bielany, 5 days a week
Nice to Have
•Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
•Previous experience as an ERP / Business Central Consultant
•SQL / PL-SQL knowledge
